With bye-election for the 60 Pungro-Kiphire Assembly Constituency slated to be held on November 3, General Observer, Dev Raj Dev has arrived in Kiphire and will be stationed in Kiphire till the election process is over.
On October 17, the scrutiny of the nomination papers of the candidates was done in presence of the Observer at DC office Kiphire. He was accompanied by Deputy Commissioner Kiphire.
