Dimapur, October 6 (MExN): In its quest to provide quality technical education to the student community, the Government Polytechnic Seithekema C, Dimapur, has come out with an ‘Online Grievance Redressal System’ to allow the stake holders to lodge grievances pertaining to the Polytechnic.
Updates from the Principal, Er. Zhapulhoulie Rupreo on Tuesday informed that the system was officially launched by Er. Vipulhou Lhoungu, OSD, Directorate of Technical Education Nagaland, as special guest in a simple function at the Conference Hall, Directorate of Technical Education, Nagaland. The special guest in his speech appreciated the Polytechnic for conducting various activities in the past and further urged them to carry on the same, the updates stated.
Earlier, Neizulo Therie, Proprietor, Eastern Computer Agencies, expressed gratitude to the Department of Technical Education and Government Polytechnic Seithekema C, Dimapur for reposing faith in his firm by giving them an opportunity to develop the software.
A short demonstration on the application of the software was also done by the team of engineers from Eastern Computer Agencies, it said. The Online Redressal System is a mandatory parameter for according Approval by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India, it added.
