The graduating Class of 2022 of Hope Academy toss their caps in celebration during the programme on June 18.
Dimapur, June 19 (MExN): Hope Academy Dimapur held a graduation ceremony for their 1st outgoing batch of Grade 12 students, with 57 students graduating.
The event, held on June 18 at the school campus, was graced by Dr Alongla P Aier, Oriental Theological Seminary as guest of honour, according to a press release from the Academy.
On the occasion, a total of 57 students—27 from humanities, 24 from science and six from commerce—were awarded with completion certificates. Along with this, various prestigious awards such as Appreciation Certificate, Creativity Award, Best Discipline Award, Gentleman of the Year, as well as Academic Excellence Award were handed out by Sashizungla Ozukum, Principal of Hope Academy. Vinino Nagi was awarded the Student of the Year.
The batch of class 12, ‘with beaming smiles and winning attitudes,’ were dressed up smartly in graduation gowns and caps, and accompanied by their parents, the release stated. The programme ended with tossing of graduation hat.
