Peren, March 17 (MExN): ICDS Jalukie Project under the Department of Social Welfare, Peren launched Poshan Pakhwada 2021 on March 16 at Village Council Hall, Samziuram village to create momentum towards nutrition at the block level and to celebrate the third anniversary of Poshan Abhiyan.
A DIPR report stated that CDPO, Namhuhieng spoke on major activities to be conducted during Poshan Pakhwada and encouraged the participants to play an active role for implementing the activities which will help in sensitising the mass towards adoption of nutritional behaviour.
The programme was chaired by AWW, Wigamliu, Poshan pledge was administered by AWW, ThuimeiGangmei while District Poshan Coordinator Peren, Kukule and Assistant Poshan Coordinator, Zizi highlighted the activities on Poshan Pakhwada. Vote of thanks was delivered by VDB Secretary, Samziuram Village, Nikodim.
