Chümoukedima, October 24 (MExN): The ICFAI University Nagaland celebrated its Freshers’ Day on October 21 by welcoming the new batch of students of 2022.
Gracing the occasion, Sebastian Zumvu, Chairman, Sovima Village Council reminded the young adults about the many platforms which modern technology has provided them and to make use of it in voicing out their opinions to bring about a change.
The formal program began with Dr Kevizonuo Kuolie, Associate Dean of the university delivering the welcome address.
During the informal session, contest for Mr and Miss Fresher was held and Kethosilie Kuotso and Rokuono Nakhro respectively won the title of Mr and Miss Fresher of ICFAI University Nagaland 2022. The subtitle award for best ethnic wear was awarded to Kirangtsungba and Dimatoli Zhimo, informed an ICFAI release.
