Phek, November 1 (MExN): In an operation by the security forces, Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) amounting to Rs 1,32,000 was reportedly seized in Chizami gate on October 31.
Security forces launched the operation based on specific input and apprehended three persons, according to a report from HQ IGAR (N) on November 1.
Recoveries included 13 cases and 9 bottles of Rum (Mc Dowell) amounting to Rs 1,32,000 and one truck bearing registration number NL-07A-9067.
The apprehended persons along with recovered items were handed over to the police for further investigation, the report added.
