DIMAPUR, MARCH 5 (MExN): MLA Imtilemba Sangtam has been appointed as the President of the Nagaland state unit of the Nationalist Congress Party, with immediate effect. This was intimated by the President of the NCP, Sharad Pawar, in a letter addressed to the former, made available to the media. In a separate letter, the NCP national President also appointed MLA Mmhonlumo Kikon as Central Observer of the NCP for the North Eastern states, with immediate effect.
