As part of the Hornbill Festival 2021, Go Travels in association with Tourism department, Nagaland today organized the 4th edition of indigenous Go Cart Racing competition in Kohima. The event started at PHQ junction and culminated at Old MLA Hostel Junction, Kohima. The objective of holding this Naga traditional game is to promote the rich culture and tradition of the Nagas. The winners were awarded with gear cycles. The event registered 38 participants.
The winners are as follows: 1st: Nuhu Thira & Muzikho Puro; 2nd: Onuzo Puro & Sehuto Puro; and 3rd: Chikrosuto Vero &Vezota Thira. All the three winners are from Kikruma village of Phek district.
