Jalukie Battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (N), reached out to the people at Peren town and Pedi Vill, to spread awareness about Cancer and preventive measures, on occasion of National Cancer Awareness Day on November 7. An interactive session was organised to draw attention of the locals on the measures to taken to address issues related to Cancer, importance of detection at early stages and treatment available to cure the disease.
