Jorhat, February 5 (MExN): The Jemtimenba Mollier's Academic Block was dedicated at Eastern Theological College (ETC), Jorhat on February 5, during a programme led by Vice-Principal Rev Dr Prof Shimreingam Shimray.
The academic block will be used primarily as M Th classrooms for the ETC, according to a press release. It stated that the acknowledgement and dedication was done by Principal Rev Dr Prof Narola Imchen who also shared a brief dedicatory message based on Colossians 3:17 – which is about “Doing our work for the Lord.” After the dedication, the donor Jemtimenba Mollier handed over the keys to the Principal. This was followed by a word of gratitude from the donor’s wife.
According to the release, the entire building cost was met by Mollier, “a God-fearing Christian businessman and philanthropist from Dimapur.” It stated that ETC was blessed to have received his generous giving for God's glory.
The College authority, faculty, and students expressed gratitude to the donor, “for furthering God’s Kingdom and we continue to seek God's continued guidance and blessings for the professional service and charity work of the patron to the institution and to the society at large,” the release stated.
