Kohima, May 9 (MExN): The Department of Higher Education, Government of Nagaland led by the Commissioner & Secretary, Higher & Technical Education, and Nagaland University led by the Vice-Chancellor, representatives of Nagaland College Principals’ Association (NCPA) and Private Colleges Association of Nagaland (PCAN) held a joint meeting in connection with the implementation Four Year Undergraduate Programme in Nagaland. 

NU Vice Chancellor, Prof Jagadish Kumar Patnaik addressed the meeting held at the Directorate of Higher Education, Kohima on May 9. Presentation on National Education Policy (NEP) was made by Prof Dipak Sinha, Director IQAC, Nagaland University.

The meeting was also attended by the Pro Vice Chancellor, Prof G Thong and Registrar Dr Abemo.

The meeting was chaired by the Commissioner & Secretary, Kenilo Apon, IAS and hosted by Dr. A. Nshoga, Director, Higher Education.

The meeting was followed by interactive session while vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. Medongoi Rhakho, Deputy Director, Higher Education, Nagaland.
