JALUKIE, AUGUST 9 (MExN): The Jalukie Pumling Nko (JPN) has sought clarification from one Puihangding and three certifiers including Aluibe Iheilung, Secretary Whole Jalukie Council Peren, K Chuilo, Ex-Deputy chairman Jalukie Town Council and Vatsu Meru, MLA for obtaining forge Landowner Certificate of Jalukie and for illegally issuing of the same.
Chairman JPN Namgaukum in a press release said that as a known fact none of the above mentioned are landowners of the said land, and as such who forwarded the applicants from the landowner to their authority for Landowner Certificate. The Chairman confirmed that there is no name amongst the Jalukie community as Puihangding who has the right to hold the Landowner Certificate. Further, the JPN through the release wants the Jalukie Town Council to clarify the statement given by K Chuilo in the Town Council pad which mentions of the said Council bearing all responsible in case the appointment of the said applicant is disputed or complaint by any other applicants.
Moreover, the JPN has approached Vatsu Meru MLA 7 A/C on the ground that ‘being a leader and representative of the Peren A/C he should have known the fact about the Landowner Certificate’. According to the release, ‘Landownership Certificate should come up with recommendation from concern village council only and not from organizations or town councils etc. and should be more cautious of such forge documents and verify the geniuses of the applicant before forwarding any recommendation of landowner.’
The JPN has demanded immediate withdrawal of the said recommendation from the Directorate of Veterinary and AH, failing of which the JPN may take any step to protect the interest and welfare of the Jalukie community and land. The JPN also warns the mentioned public leaders not to take advantage of the silent innocent Jalukie community and it will not tolerate if the sentiments of the Jalukie community is hurt in any manner by any vested leaders at all cost.
Further, the JPN cautions all concern departments that any recommendation pertaining to Landowner Certificate of Jalukie must be supported and recommended by the Jalukie Pumling Nko (JPN)/ Old Jalukie Village Council only.
