Kuki Christian Church, Jalukie members and others during the Advent Christmas celebration held on December 6.
Peren, December 10 (MExN): Kuki Christian Church (KCC), Jalukie celebrated its first Advent Christmas on December 6 “to brighten the Christmas spirit with togetherness, joy and religious fervor in and around Jalukie valley.”
A press release from KCC Worship & Youth Affairs, Secretary Seiminngam Chongloi stated that the programme was dedicated by Pastor Nehkholal Simte, KCC Jalukie. The speaker was Rev K Singsit, Sr Pastor KCC Nagaland Synod while Chungpao Khongsai, Executive Secretary, KCC Nagaland Synod and Tonga Hangsing, Chairman CGKCC also spoke during the celebration.
Singing hymnal together, Bible recitation, singing competition, gift exchange and Lenkhom Lam and Advent Christmas Love feast marked the event.
Invitees, well-wishers, head deacons and Church secretaries of different churches also attended the programme.
