Zhadima, December 17 (MExN): The Kohima District Football Association (KDFA) and Kohima District Football Referees Association (KDFRA) gathered for Pre-Christmas programme at Roko Angami’s Farm, Zhadima on December 16.
KDFA President, M Mathew Yhome stressed on the need for referees association, coaches department and football association to coordinate and work together towards a better prospect of football within Kohima district.
Roko Angami, president, Nagaland Football Coaches Association acknowledged the members of the KDFA and KDFRA for their sincerity, commitment and love for the game of football.
He also challenged the gathering to take football to higher heights and prepare for the forthcoming Kohima District Football League 2023.
Lhouliebei-o Khezhie stressed on the need to streamline and systemize football in the district.
Kevingutuo Sekhose also spoke at the programme.
Earlier, KDFA executive member Pudil Tsükrü invoked God’s blessing.
