KLSU annual session and seminar held

Kohima, November 22 (MExN): The Kohima Lotha Students Union (KLSU) held its 46th annual session and seminar under the theme ‘Building an Informed Generation’ on November 20.

Section officer of the Nagaland Home Department E Longphyo Kikon was the theme speaker while Educator and Climate Reality Leader Dr N Janbemo Humtsoe and Senior English News Reader, AIR Kohima Jonas Yanthan were seminar speakers, a press release from the Union’s Media Cell stated.

The programme commenced with an invocation from Renthungo Kikon, Pastor of Kohima Lotha Baptist Church (KLBC) followed by welcome address from Lirhonthung E Kithan, President KLSU.

This was followed by speeches from the speakers and also short speeches by the Kohima Lotha Hoho and Kohima Lotha Eloe Ekhung (KLEE). The programme also witnessed special numbers from Echungbeni Shitiri and Mhabeni Ezung. The programme was chaired by Thungchibeni T Erui, the release stated.
