Kohima, May 8 (MExN): The D Block Youth Organization (DBYO) Kohima has initiated traffic regulation and lane discipline along D Block road to create awareness for the drivers and riders in one way road.
The DBYO stated that the colony road is narrow and many vehicles parked on the road sides which were not adhered to the traffic rules thereby create congestion.
In view of this problem, the youth along with the traffic police would conduct some measures for streamlining lane discipline and create awareness to follow the ‘2 wheelers on right and 4 wheelers on left’ rule.
The DBYO appealed all drivers and riders to follow the established traffic rules for the safety of the vehicles and pedestrian.
The discipline regulations awareness started from May 6, according to a release issued by DBYO President Keneizetuo Dziivichii and General Secretary Seyievikho Linyii.
