KOHIMA, MARCH 18 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner of Kohima, Gregory Thejawelie, NCS has issued an order stating that the occupancy in commercial vehicles within Kohima district has been relaxed to 100%. The fares charged shall also be reverted back to the pre-lockdown rate.
This comes in pursuance to the decision of the High Powered Committee on Covid-19 to relax the various activities in the State including the number of occupancy in commercial vehicles.
The order further stated that the direction will be applicable to the entire jurisdiction of Kohima district and will be enforced till further directions. Non-compliance to the direction will be strictly dealt with as per appropriate Section of the law, it was added.
