KOHIMA, OCTOBER 12 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner of Kohima, Gregory Thejawelie has issued an order with reference to the joint No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the Village Councils of Khuzama, Viswema, Jakhama, Kigwema and Phesama. The order, dated October 9, informed that any new developments along the Right of Way of the proposed 2-Lane Kohima-Mao Road Project should not be undertaken by any individual /clans/groups/organizations.
