Kohima, March 5 (MExN): A farewell programme in honour of the outgoing Additional Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Lithrongla Tongpi Rutsa; SDO (C), Shaying Sheu and EAC Kezocha, Vineikho Tetso was held in the Kohima DC's conference hall on March 5.
According to a DIPR report, Kohima Deputy Commissioner Gregory Thejawelie thanked the outgoing officers for their efforts and contributions towards the successful management of various activities in the district.
Acknowledging the role played by the outgoing officers in various assignments, Gregory said that they had given their best efforts and contributed a lot in all the activities and further felt that the office is losing most capable and refined officers today.
The three officials also gave farewell speeches, acknowledging the support and cooperation they received during their tenures.
On the occasion, the 'Kohima Against COVID-19'report on activities undertaken by District Task Force on COVID-19, Kohima District was launched by the DC and ADC Lithrongla Tongpi Rutsa, the DIPR report stated.
