The Kohima Town Club (KTC) is all set to conduct Kohima Super Cup from May 16-31 at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima.
17 teams from Zunheboto, Peren, Chüomükedima, Dimapur and Kohima have registered for the tournament, said Convenor of the organising committee, Zedikuolie Kire during a press conference at Where's The Food (WTF), Kohima.
The champion will receive a cash prize of Rs 1.8 lakh while first runner-up will pocket Rs1.20 lakh.
Losing semi-finalists will be awarded with Rs 30,000 each.
The first match of the Kohima Super Cup will be played between New Market and Crimsoune Club after the inaugural programme, which will start at 1:00 pm on May 16.
Along with individual prizes of Rs10,000 each, the "Player of the Tournament" will get Rs 25,000.
Entry ticket for spectators has been set at Rs 50 till the quarter-finals and Rs 100 from semi-finals.
