Koinonia Baptist Church conducts 2nd phase of Revival Crusade

KOHIMA, MAY 1 (MExN): The Revival Crusade (inter-denominational) under the initiative of Koinonia Baptist Church in commemoration of 25 years of jubilee in December 2022 under the theme ‘Proclaim the year of the Lord’ held its second phase on April 28 at Forest Colony and on April 29 at Chandmari (Taxi Junction), Kohima.

On April 28, the service was led by Nyamongi Odyuo, Evangelist, Koinonia Baptist Church, special praise by Kekhriesetuonuo Kengurüse, praise and worship was led by Koinonia Prayer Centre worship team. 

Testimony was shared by Menuotuolie Chielie, reportedly a “former satanic worshipper who testified of complete deliverance from satanic bondages giving and giving his life to Jesus.” The speaker was Zashekho Hibo, Evangelist, Koinonia Baptist Church who exhorted the gathering with the word of God. 

On April 29, the service was led by Salenthong Khevazüklü and testimony was shared by Lanu Aier, who testified on recovery from alcoholic addictions and his wife’s “healing” from cancer after encountering Jesus. Special praise was presented by renowned Gospel singer Ato Nienu. The speaker was Menuosielie Üsou, Evangelist, Koinonia Baptist Church. 

The crusade will continue till July 2022, usually on Thursdays and Fridays and it is open to all to come and worship together in the evening at 5:00 pm. The third phase will be conducted on May 19 and 20 at AG Colony (Model HSS) and Officers Hill Colony.
