Kohima, August 9 (MExN): Kohima Town Baptist Pastors Fellowship (KTBPF) and North Eastern Development Finance Corporation (NEDFi) have contributed in cash and kind towards the relief fund for the affected families in the recent monsoon in the state capital.
The NEDFi in commemoration with its foundation day contributed 15 numbers of tarpaulins towards the relief activities, which was handed over to Deputy Commissioner and DDMA Chairman Kohima, Rajesh Soundararajan IAS in presence of DDMA members on August 9.
The Kohima Town Baptist Pastors Fellowship has donated a sum of Rupees 2 lakhs, seventy four thousand towards the relief fund, which was handed over to DDMA Nodal Officer and Additional Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Lithrongla Tongpi Rutsa in presence of KTBPF members on August 7.
The Kohima District Administration and District Disaster Management Authority has acknowledged both KTBPF and NEDFi for the contribution.
