Kohima, June 22 (MExN): The Kohima Village Youth Organisation (KVYO) has informed that the construction of road, culverts, retaining walls and clearing of drainages from Pezielietsie to BSF camp Keyake road, Kohima has commenced.
As such, it directed all the house owners and residents from Pezielietsie junction till Lower L'Khel to clear all materials from the road within 24 hours from the date of this notification (June 22) and from Ziekezou/DBHSS junction till Keyake/BSF camp/Medical College road before June 25. Any uncleared property will be removed and disposed without locating, contacting or compensating the owners, the KVYO stated.
In addition, no vehicles would be allowed to be parked overnight from 7:00 PM till 5:00 AM along the mentioned stretch of roads till further notice, it said.
Defaulting vehicles will be towed away by the construction company and the vehicles owners will have to bear the charges for it, it stated. Further, the company will not be held accountable for any damage while towing or lost of vehicle from the re-located zones, according to the KVYO Publicity cell.
