DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 5 (MExN): The Kohima Village Youth Organisation (KVYO) has reiterated that there is a total ban on hunting and fishing, burning of forest fire, collecting of herbs, firewood etc and setting of traps and snare in its “ancestral jurisdiction.” A press release from Ruokuoneituo Phewhuo, President KVYO and Neingusalie Khruomo, General Secretary cautioned perpetrators that violating the rules set by the organisation will be punished according to traditional and customary law.
