KOHIMA, DECEMBER 11 (MExN): The Kohima Village Youth Organisation (KVYO) has expressed its gratitude to all contributors to the success of the Hornbill Carnival Parade 2024, held on December 7 in Nagaland’s capital.
In a statement, KVYO thanked the Nagaland Government and the Tourism Department for their support in hosting the event, which highlighted the state’s rich cultural heritage and unity. The organization also acknowledged the efforts of the Art and Culture Department, whose arrangements for cultural troupes from Kisama added vibrancy to the celebration.
The parade was bolstered by partnerships with local stakeholders, including the Kohima Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Morung Express, VUTO Hyundai, and others. KVYO noted the enthusiastic participation of families, visitors, and tourists, which made the event memorable and a testament to the spirit of togetherness, a press statement from the KVYO said.
