Wokha, October 30 (MExN): The Lotha Eloe Hoho unveiled a monolith in commemoration of its 25 years celebration at Eloe Hoho Ki, Wokha on October 30. Unveiling of the monolith was done by Deputy Commissioner, Wokha Orenthung Lotha, NCS.
Rev Dr L Tsanso, Executive Secretary, Lotha Baptist Church Association, Vankhosung Mission Centre dedicated the monolith. In a short message, Rev Tsanso remembered the visionary women leaders who took all hardship for the present generation in achieving a new milestone. He called the women leaders of Lotha community to continue striving for the welfare of the women and younger generation.
The Lotha Eloe Hoho President, Zuchobeni Ezong delivering vote of thanks said that due to pandemic, the programme went informal to avoid larger gatherings, while the formal programme for the celebration of the silver Jubilee will be organized when all social life gets back to normalcy.
The monolith stone was donated by the family of T Odyuo, Retired Director, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services.
