Zunheboto, April 9 (MExN): The Director of Land Resources Department, Renben Jami along with directorate officers visited various villages under Zunheboto district on April 5 and 6 to inspect ongoing projects.
The team visited Ustomi, Natha Old, Surumi, Satami, Lukikhe, Khrimto, Rotomi and Philimi villages.
During the tour, Renben urged the villagers to extend their support and cooperation to the department in implementing various projects in their villages. He assured that the department will assist the villagers in all ways possible to see that the projects are successfully implemented.
The Director also spoke on the importance of harvesting and conserving water. Speaking about coffee projects, the Director said that the department was planning to provide intensive training to the farmers and urged them to be sincere and motivate each other.
The Director was accompanied by Deputy Director, LRD, Hekato Yeptho; SPC SLNA Cell, Inatoli Chishi and technical staff, SLNA.
