Kohima, December 21 (MExN): A major reshuffle of public prosecutors was carried out on December 21 in the Department of Justice & Law, Government of Nagaland.
In the interest of public service, the Governor of Nagaland has ordered the transfer and posting of 15 Public Prosecutors, Additional Public Prosecutors and Assistant Public Prosecutors with “immediate effect,” informed a notification from the department.
The handing and taking over-charge should be completed positively within January 10, 2022, it added.
