One man was found dead today at Singrijan, Dimapur. Suspected to be a case of murder, police said that the body was discovered around 8:00 am near the Health Nursing School, Singrijan. The deceased was identified as Yangsemong Sangtam (61 years), who hailed from Yangzitong village, Kiphire and was a resident of Signal Angami. As per the police, the body was found some 4-5 feet below the main road. While stating that the cause of death was suspected to be murder, the police added that preliminary inquiry was on.
