Dimapur, October 13 (MExN): The MGM Higher Secondary School organised a farewell ceremony in honour of Fr Gemcy Eappen and AT Baby, Committee member at Mar Gregorios Orthodox Syrian (MGOS) Church on October 13.
According to a press release from MGOS Church Secretary, Fr Dr PS Vargese who presided over the function, acknowledged the work of Fr Gemcy and wished him luck in his future endeavours.
Headmaster of MGMHSS, B Paul, Secretary of MGOS Church, Kukku Cherian and Nimmi Vargese also spoke briefly during the programme and shared their experiences of working with Fr Gemcy.
In his farewell address, Fr Gemcy expressed gratitude for the learning experiences he received in his journey with MGM family, the release stated.
Fr Gemcy was presented with a memento from the Church and a gift from the school, it said.
