MLA Picto Shohe laid the foundation stone for Town Council Office & Multi-Purpose Hall at Atoizu Town on November 20. Lauding the state government’s decision to activate the Urban Local Bodies in Nagaland, he said that the government putting in efforts to bring development in the urban areas of the state despite fund constraints caused due to inability to hold ULB elections. Also stressing on the importance of Census, he urged the gathering to take it seriously and enrol themselves at their respective native villages. Sensitising the gathering on the importance of COVID vaccines, he also urged all eligible beneficiaries to get vaccinated at the earliest.
