Kiphire, March 11 (MExN): A five-day training for elementary teachers under National Initiative for School Heads And Teachers Holistic Advancement (NISHTHA) 3rd phase was organised by the (DMA) Samagra Kiphire, on March 10 at GHSS Kiphire.
Sethricho L. Sangtam in his keynote address stated that NISHTHA is a capacity building programme for teachers and school heads at the elementary stage which aims to train around 42 lakhs teachers all over the country and even more than 800 teachers to be trained within Kiphire district, a DIPR report stated on Wednesday.
Nyembo wallim SDO (C) Kiphire stated that teachers being the role model in the society have to perform their duty sincerely. Parents as well the society expect a lot from the teachers in shaping and moulding the life career of the students. Terming teaching as the “noblest job”, she urged all the teachers to put more efforts in their works.
