Kiphire, August 7 (MExN): As part of relief efforts in disaster hit Kiphire district, the District Administration today distributed rice in their respective institutions after taking lists from the concerned offices. The relief work was assisted by Extra Assistant Commissioner (EAC) Head quarter Chenithung Ovung. The various establishments that were provided with the aid include staff of state Bank of India, District Hospital, Kiphire Town Council, GBs, Village Guards and the staff of the district administration. Those who received the relief expressed gratitude to the District Administration and to Reny Wilfred IAS, SDO (C) for taking initiative towards this.
