Kohima, January 20 (MExN): According to an update from SIO Dr Ritu Thurr, 1,097 persons received the Covishield vaccine on the fourth day of the vaccination drive in the State.
The vaccinated persons were healthcare workers including Principal Director, Directorate of Health and Family Welfare Nagaland Dr Vizolie Suokhrie and Mission Director NHM Dr Kevichusa Medikhru. There were no adverse effects reported from any of the 41 session sites on Wednesday, Dr Thurr added.
A total of 3,970 healthcare workers have been vaccinated till date according to the update. The figures however were exclusive of the 37 persons who were vaccinated in Noklak on January 20.
