Dimapur, February 9 (MExN): 6 new COVID-19 cases were reported in Nagaland on Tuesday taking the State’s tally to 12,166.
According to an update from State Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom, the 6 cases were from Kohima. As per the State COVID-19 bulletin, all 6 cases were traced contacts.
Meanwhile, 3 persons also recovered from the infection on February 9. The total number of recoveries is 11,840 while the State has 88 active COVID-19 cases till date.
The death toll from the infection till date was 78 while 10 other deaths have been categorized as ‘not-COVID related’.
