Kohima, April 17 (MExN): The Chairman of the Committee on Public Undertakings (COPU), Nagaland Legislative Assembly (NLA), Advisor, Mhathung Yanthan has convened the Introductory-cum-Evidence meeting of the newly constituted Committee for the year 2021-2022 on April 19, 11am at the Assembly Committee Room.
A press release from the NLA Secretariat informed that the Committee would take Oral Evidence of the representative: (1) Department of Geology and Mining for the Corporation of Nagaland State Mineral Development Corporation Limited (NSMDC); and (2) Department of Industries and Commerce for the Corporations of (a) Nagaland Industrial Raw Material & Supply Corporation Limited (NIRMS) (b) Nagaland Hotel Limited (NT-IL) (c) Nagaland Handloom & Handicraft Development Corporation Limited (NHHDC) & (d) Nagaland Industrial Development Corporation Limited (NIDC).
The Administrative Head of Department, Head of Department and the Managing Director of the Corporations should be in the station and adhere to the date and time indicated for the Department/Corporation concerned, it said.
All the members of the Committee are requested to make it convenient to attend the proposed meeting, it added.
