Nagaland Garo Mother's Association conducted its annual general meeting on February 2.
Dimapur, February 2 (MExN): The Nagaland Garo Mother's Association (NGMA) conducted its annual general meeting on February 2, which was hosted by Samaguri village, Dimapur.
The association in a press release stated that the meeting started with an invocation by Narola R Marak, President Garo Mother’s Association, Samaguri village and welcome address by Severina W Sangma, V President, NGMA.
Financial report was delivered by Holika D Sangma, General Secretary, NGMA. Nagaland Garo Tribal Council and Garo Student Union, Nagaland Zone leaders also delivered speeches. Starson R Marak, Head GB Samaguri village and Mariam Sangma, Executive Member, NGMA also spoke during the meeting.
Vote of thanks was delivered by Aruna G Momin, Treasurer, NGMA and concluded with a benediction by Fringibel K Sangma, Advisor, NGMA. The meeting was chaired by Atuba R Marak, President, NGMA.
