While giving a demonstration on the website, Er Atoba stated the primary objective of launching the website was to open up the natural beauty of Longkhum village in a digital space, thereby placing the village in a global landscape. He added that the websites give users the ability to search for information about the village.

He pointed out that earlier brochures were handed out to provide information on a particular village, but it is now inconvenient to hand over the brochures to a large population. The website there serves as comprehensive information on rural tourism.
