WSYF flays alleged kidnapping of minor

Dimapur, November 23 (MExN): The WSYF (Western Sümi Youth Front) has condemned the alleged kidnapping of a minor by three persons from 4th Mile Dimapur on November 18.  In a press release, the Front said that there is no place for persons involving in such act in a civilized society and urged all sections of the society to condemn the “barbaric act.” The WSYF lauded the Dimapur Police for prompt action of rescuing the minor in the nick of time from the clutches of criminals and appealed the concerned authority to punish the alleged culprits as per the law of the land.

NNC (PB) Lotha Region emergency meeting

Wohka, November 23 (MExN): The The Naga National Council (NNC) Parent Body, Lotha Region will be holding an emergency meeting from 10 am onwards at LTC Wokha Town on November 29. All the stakeholders living in Town/Village are informed to attain the meeting without fail, stated a press release from T Shanremo Tsopoe, Medanpeyu NNC (PB) Lotha Region.

NLA’s Committee on Petitions meeting deferred

Kohima, November 23 (MExN): The scheduled sitting of the Committee on Petitions of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly on November 24 has been deferred by the MLA and Chairman of the Committee, Toyang Chang. The exact time and date for the rescheduled sitting would be communicated in due course, a press release from the NLA Secretariat informed.

CRU-H organises homoeopathic health camp

Dimapur, November 23 (MExN): The Clinical Research Unit for Homoeopathy (CRU-H), Dimapur conducted a  free awareness Health Camp at Veterinary Colony, Dimapur on November 23. The health camp was conducted under the guidance of Dr Sivakumar Kothapalli Officer In-charge, R.O (H)/S-1,  a press release from CRU-H informed. During the camp, Dr Bendangyanger, SRF(H) and J Keppen UDC provided free treatment and Homoeopathic medicines to residents of the colony, it said. The CRU-H, under the Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy (CCRH), an apex research organization under Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, is functioning from 1st Floor of CMO Building,Medical Colony Dimapur.
