Off day for State Govt offices in Kohima on May 4

Kohima, April 29 (MExN): The first Saturday of next month (May 4) has been declared as holiday for the State Government offices located in Kohima. 

The May 4 holiday is in lieu of working day on February 24 (4th Saturday) account of the 4th Session of the Fourteenth Nagaland Legislative Assembly, stated notification from Nagaland Chief Secretary.

NSCN (IM) informs

Dimapur, April 29 (MExN): The NSCN (IM) has informed that Kilonser Kedingulie Thori has been appointed as the new Caretaker CAO of the Angami Region, GPRN. 

“All related matters within Angami Region, GPRN, shall be executed under his knowledge and supervision,” the MIP, NSCN (IM) stated.

Landowners informed on Longnak-Mangkolemba road upgradation

Mangkolemba, April 29 (MExN): ADC Mangkolemba, T Lankosen Tsanglao has issued a circular informing all concerned landowners on both sides of the road from TA Kubzar petrol pump Mangkolemba to Mangko ward junction to remove any structures and properties that fall within the Right of Way (ROW) in view of the ongoing upgradation of Longnak-Mangkolemba road, Mokokchung under NESIDS latest by May 5. 

Further, government utilities like electric towers, poles, pipelines, or any structures are also to be removed or relocate at an earlier date, if not at the date given above for early completion of work.
