DC & DEO Kohima on draft list of polling stations
Kohima, August 23 (MExN): In the context of the rationalization of Polling Stations within Kohima district, Shanavas C IAS, the Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer of Kohima, has announced that the Draft List of Polling Stations in Annexure 3 has been compiled and is accessible for review on the Notice Board. The list can also be inspected at the Election Branch, situated at the Office of the Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer in Kohima. It has also been emphasized that any objections to the list should be submitted in writing to the Kohima DC Office no later than August 29.
HSLC & HSSLC exam form submission extended
Kohima, August 23 (MExN): In continuation of Notification No. 78/2023 and Notification No. 81/2023, it was announced for the attention of all Regular Repeaters, Centre Repeaters, and eligible Compartmental Candidates of HSLC & HSSLC Examinations 2023 conducted in June that the deadline for submitting forms for HSLC & HSSLC Examinations 2024 is extended until August 31. No further extensions will be granted. As such, students falling under the aforementioned categories have been strongly advised to take advantage of this opportunity and submit their forms at the earliest to appear in the HSLC & HSSLC Examinations 2024. Furthermore, it should be noted that Regular Repeaters, Centre Repeaters, and eligible Compartmental Candidates must submit their forms separately from Regular students.
Applications for 2 Wheeler Taxi permits in Tuensang
Tuensang, August 23 (MExN): The District Transport Office Tuensang, in reference to the Nagaland Transport Department Notification letter NO TPT/MV/14/2018/1000 dated 13th August 2019, has invited applications for Two Wheeler Taxi permits in Tuensang, aimed at providing employment opportunities for the indigenous inhabitants of Tuensang District. Applicants must possess a valid driving license to operate a two-wheeler and an Unemployment Certificate issued by the competent authority. Applications can be submitted at the District Transport Office (MV) Tuensang from August 21 to September 2.
Untrained Hindi teachers informed
Kohima, August 23 (MExN): In continuation to School Education Office circular of even no. Dated 15/03/2023, all untrained Hindi Teachers (Diploma Certificate Holder) serving under the Directorate of School Education who are yet to submit their General Qualification Certificate upto Class 12 qualified have been reminded to submit the same on or before August 26 without fail for onward submission to SCERT for D.El.Ed admission for the session 2023-2025.
