CANSSEA appeals on e-Pay Bill System
Kohima, December 15 (MExN): The Confederation of All Nagaland State Services Employees Association (CANSSEA) has appealed to all Head of Departments (HoDs) and Drawing & Disbursing Officers (DDOs) to comply with the Finance Departments Office Memorandum for implementing the e-Pay Bill System. The payment of salaries and wages via e-Pay Bill System has been relaxed up to January 2022, a DIPR report stated. Therefore, CANSSEA appealed to all HoDs and DDOs to comply and hasten the process of updating the PIMS/e-Pay Bill System within the stipulated time frame as directed by the Finance Department so as to enable the state government for smooth transition of the policy and allow its employees to draw pay and allowances on time.
KMC annual inter-ward, shop cleanliness competition
Kohima, December 15 (MExN): The Kohima Municipal Council (KMC) today informed that the culmination programme of the 'Annual Inter-Ward & Shop Cleanliness Competition 2021 will be held on December 18 at 12:00 noon in the Conference Hall of KMC. KMC administrator T Lanusenla Longkumer requested all the wards to send one representative each to the programme.
‘No parking zone’ in Khm temporarily relaxed
Kohima, December 15 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Gregory Thejawelie NCS has notified that 'No Parking Zone' is temporarily relaxed along the stretch from New NST to Rutsa Bakery from 08:00 AM to 07:00 PM w.e.f the issue date of this notification i.e December 15. The notification also stated that loading and unloading of goods/ materials along the stretch from New NST to Khuochiezhie (Local Ground) North Gate via Razhu Point should be done only between 07:00 PM to 08:00 AM.
Sub-committee to examine border issue calls meeting
Kohima, December 15 (MExN): Chairman of the Sub-Committee to Examine the Nagaland-Assam Border Issue, Mhathung Yanthan, has convened a sitting of the sub-committee on December 20, 15 minutes after the Assembly Session is adjourned on that day, in the Committee Hall of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly Secretariat, Kohima. All the members of the sub-committee have been requested to make it convenient to attend the meeting.
