NCSU general meeting

Kohima, May 2 (MExN): The Nagaland Contractors’ & Suppliers Union (NCSU) Head Office Kohima has convened a general meeting at Kohima Village VDB Hall Don Bosco area Ziekezou, Kohima at on May 7 11:00 AM. All the committees and district unit NCSU officials have been requested to attend the meeting positively.

DNSU Seniors Consultative Meeting

Dimapur, May 2 (MExN): The High Power Committee, Naga Students’ Federation (NSF) has convened a Seniors Consultative Meeting of the Dimapur Naga Students' Union (DNSU) on May 4, 10:00 am at DNSU office. The High Power Committee, NSF requested the presence and participation of the Senior Leaders of DNSU to attend the consultative meeting positively.

DoSE informs on pre-schools recognition

Kohima, May 2 (MExN): All pre-schools in the State, permitted by the Department of School Education (DoSE), Government of Nagaland have been informed that the application format for recognition has been uploaded on the Department’s official website https://education.nagaland.gov.in. The format will be available on the website from April 25 till May 31. All permitted Pre-Schools in the State can download the required format and submit the same to the Department on or before June 30.

GPRN/NSCN receive support

Dimapur, May 2 (MExN): The Kachari Affairs, Garo Affairs and Gorkha Affairs of GPRN/NSCN in accordance with the ‘National Tatar Hoho Session Declaration’ have extended unflinching support to the GPRN/NSCN under the collective leadership of President Gen (Rtd) MB Neokpao Konyak and Ato Kilonser Alezo Venuh. “The 3 (Three) Administrative Affairs asserted full faith and confidence in the collective leadership and therefore re-affirm allegiance to GPRN/NSCN,” stated a press release issued by MIP, GPRN/NSCN. Further, the Pochury Region, Chang Region and Shepoumaramth Region of GPRN/NSCN have also declared to “strongly support and strengthen” GPRN/NSCN under the Collective Leadership of President Gen (Retd) MB Neokpao Konyak, and Ato Kiloser Alezo Venuh.

KMC cautions on impersonation officials

Kohima, May 2 (MExN): The Kohima Municipal Council (KMC) has requested all concerned to cooperate/coordinate with the council officials and in order to avoid impersonation of KMC officials by unscrupulous individuals. KMC Administrator, T Lanusenla Longkumer in a circular has requested all to note the following: To insist on KMC Identity Card (ID); All fines to be paid only through receipt; Queries/complaint may be made to KMC either in person or through email at kmcnagaland@gmail Further, all business establishments and institutions within KMC jurisdiction have been informed that intensive trade licence inspection will be conducted by KMC from May 6 onward. Defaulters will be imposed Rs 2000 as penalty along with other normal late fines as applicable. 

Dak Adalat on May 15

Kohima, May 2 (MExN): The Dak Adalat for redressal of public Grievance on Postal matters will be held on May 15 at 1100 hours in the Office of the Superintendent of Post Offices, Kohima. All complaints, grievances or suggestion, if any related to Postal Services for discussion in the Dak Adalat may be sent to the Superintendent of Post Offices, Nagaland Division, Kohima: 797001 or by email at sponagatandPgmail.com on or before May 15.
