A free anti- rabies vaccination camp held at Para Medical Colony, Kohima on May 3. Conducted by Chief Veterinary Office Kohima in collaboration with Veterinary Hospital Kohima, 207 dogs have been vaccinated at the camp. The camp was sponsored by Directorate of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services, Nagaland, Kohima.

Eastern Nagaland Women Organization (ENWO) accorded an official recognition to Tikhir Women Association (TWA) as its legitimate member on May 2. With the affiliation of TWA, the strength of ENWO has gone upto seven sisters associations.

The Dimapur Ao Baptist Church (DABA) conducted the 58th Duranno Father School from April 25 to 29. Altogether, 30 participants attended the school. DABA Pastor, Rev I Wati in a press releases aid that the father school was on halt for the last two years due to the pandemic; however, the church is hopeful that this year it will conduct atleast eight sessions in DABA as well as in other churches.  

A two-day awareness programme on STI, HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, and substance abuse was held in Tuensang on April 23 and 24. The event was organised by the Integrated Development Society (IDS) Tuensang and supported by Nagaland State AIDS Control Society (NSACS). The targeted participants were from the Government Middle School, Station 2 and Government High School, Hakushang, Tuensang. 

Phek Town Chakhesang Students Union (PTCSU) organised career guidance cum cultural seminar at GHSS Auditorium Hall, Phek Town on May 3. The resource persons were Zhoi Lohe SDO Civil, Phek; Dr Ngopelo Kevichu SMO (Medicine Specialist), Phek; Zachivolu R Dozo Director Grace Home; Zulhutalu Hoshi, Associate Pastor Women BHBC. Altogether 553 students and well wishers attended the event.
