Distribution of Poultry feeds as part of an eco-development activity for the Community Conserved Areas (CCAs) was conducted on June 19 at Aseukhomi village under Zunheboto district. The programme was sponsored by Ministry of Environment Forests, Government of India and Department of Environment, Forests and Climate Change, Government of Nagaland. The Village Community Reserve Management Committee expressed gratitude to the Forest Department for their support and reaffirmed its aim to continue conservation efforts.

 
On June 22, Shangsa village under Mon district achieved 100% vaccination of all eligible beneficiaries. During the vaccination drive Accredited Social Health Activist (ASHA) Zinglih, Shangsa Baptist Church and Village Council assisted in community mobilisation/arrangements and provided lunch for the Medical team.

 
A total of 600 beneficiaries including the aged and persons with disabilities were vaccinated in Viswema village during the state government’s free COVID vaccination programme spread over four days, the Viswema Village Council informed. A total of 73 eligible beneficiaries were inoculated with the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine in Luvishe (Old) village under Aghunato Block of Zunheboto district. As of June 21, the village has achieved 100 % COVID-19 vaccination coverage, according to EAC Aghunato.
