Jalukie Battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (North) conducted a quiz competition under ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’ campaign at Government Higher Secondary School Peren on February 24. Six teams of two students each participated in the competition which as witnessed by a total of 119 students. It concluded with prize distribution to the winners and runners up. Jalukie Battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of IGAR (North) conducted medical camp and COVID-19 awareness campaign at Bongkolong village of Athibung subdivision, Peren on February 23. AR personnel conducted medical checkup of all the villagers. They were briefed about the various health and hygiene methods to be implemented during this crisis and also provided with necessary medicines.
