Dr Tseilhoutuo Rhutso (Dr Ato), MLA, 9th Kohima town AC along with party officials made a surprise visit to Govt Middle School, Lower Chandmari, Kohima on July 23. As apprised by the school managing committee, teachers and students for upgradation of GMS to GHS, fencing wall, footpath and proper drainage system, Dr Rhutso assured to take up the same on top priority for the interest of students and residents of Lower Chandmari.
Fire Station, Kohima (North) conducted Fire Safety Awareness training programme at Hotel de Oriental Grand, Kohima on July 25.
The Sanitary Pad Production Unit located at S&T complex, Kohima underwent a two day acquisition-cum-training program of a new state-of-the-art machine installation which will further upgrade and refine the quality and manufacturing process of hygienic comfortable sanitary pads. The program was initiated by Telaknaro, Senior Technical Officer with resource person Er Virag Bohole, CEO RAG Innovations Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh for training and capacity building of the women working force of the project to produce winged Ultra thin sanitary napkins at nominal costs.
