Department of Industries and Commerce, Government of Nagaland, as part of their State-Wide Sensitization Drive (Phase-2), conducted seminar and workshop on Pradhan Mantri Formalization of Micro Food Processing Enterprises Scheme in five districts covering ten blocks- Dimapur Town, Chümoukedima, Niuland, Kuhuboto, Peren Town, Jalukie and Tening on June 17 and Kohima Town, Kohima Village and Chiephobozou on June 23. With the support of RD-NSRLM, NULM-SUDA, NEIDA and DICs, various prospective individual entrepreneurs and groups like SHGs, FPOs, FPCs and Co-operative Societies from the concerned District/Blocks took part in the programme.

Tovihoto Ayemi, Advisor, Tribal Affairs and Election flagged off the Bike Yatra organised by BJYM Nagaland at Naga Shopping Arcade, Dimapur on Friday morning. The event is being organised to mark the 9th anniversary of BJP’s governance in the country. Flagging off the rally, Tovihoto said the rally aimed at disseminating the information of the various programmes and benefits the BJP has outlined for the welfare of the people of the country. The Yatra team will cover all the constituencies.
