The Guwahati Eastern Nagaland Students' Union (GENSU) conducted its second one-day social service at Nagaland House, Guwahati which was a project initiated by the union in collaboration with Nagaland House. This project was taken up last year i.e. 2023, by GENSU to help the administration in maintaining clean surrounding thereby also to keep a good relation with the Government of Nagaland at large. 

The Department of Library and Information Science, ICFAI University Nagaland conducted a field trip that commenced on April 29 and culminated on May 2. Students of M.Lib.I.Sc. 2nd semester, along with a faculty member, visited Abraham Joseph Center for Learning, CIHSR & Hospital, SASRD Library, Nagaland University, and State Library, Kohima.
NSS units of Sazolie College conducted a sanitation drive on May 2. This drive was a follow-up activity as part of the collaboration with the National Clean Air Program (NCAP) for various outreach initiatives aimed at promoting environmental awareness and fostering a pollution-free environment. The focus areas of the drive included the College campus and Vira Lozi, spanning the Kohima and Jotsoma region. Students participated in cleaning the college premises, classrooms, and collecting garbage in and around Vira Lozi. In total, 102 NSS volunteers, along with two program officers and one teacher, participated in the event.
The Rhao-Yiemia Tetso-Tetseo Krotho held its Nousi Kehou at Jakhama Panchayat Hall on April 27. Rothihii Tetseo, IGP (NPTO/Training & Border) was the speaker of the meeting. The programme also witnessed greetings from Kevikhiil Tase, chairman Naki Khel, Mushusayi Tetseo and Pusal Naki. Husayi Tetseo and Vito Tetso also spoke at the meeting. The programme was chaired by Avio Tetso while vote of thanks was proposed by Hupasayi Tetseo. Rev Vezopa Tetseo and Rev. Razouvizo Tetso prayed for the programme.
The Lotha Baptist Churches Association (LBCA) conducted Pastor Installation Service on April 28 at Zunheboto Town Lotha Baptist Church with Rev Nyanchumo Lotha Executive Secretary LBCA as the officiating Minister. Lankonsen Tsanglao was installed as the Pastor of Zunheboto Town Lotha Baptist Church.
Nagaland Domestic Workers Movement in collaboration with Assisi Centre for Integrated Development commemorated International Workers Day in Rana bosti on May 1. Sister Pramila, while addressing the members, expressed there is still much work to be done to ensure that every worker is treated with the respect and dignity every worker deserves.
Phek Bn of Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ 5 Sector, IGAR (N) organised ‘a day with company commander’ event at Meluri town on April 24. The event organised for students of Government Higher Secondary School, Meluri, was attended by 12th standard students, who were all NSS volunteers. They were accompanied by two teachers. They were engaged in activities and games like tug of war, blind hit, Florentine kick game and classroom discourse etc. During the interaction session, the student volunteers were informed about the Assam Rifles and their contributions in maintaining peace and security. Further, a career guidance lecture was also conducted for the students.
