Nagaland Nursing Council informs on employment under State govt

DIMAPUR, JANUARY 21 (MExN): The Nagaland Nursing Council today informed that in order to be employed under the Government of Nagaland, a nursing student has to pass out from a recognized Nursing School/College recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. 

A press release from the council informed that this statement was issued in relation to some institutions putting up advertisements inviting applications for admission for training of nurses. 

It informed that the recognized nursing institutes in Nagaland recognized by the INC are School of Nursing, Naga Hospital Authority Kohima; School of Nursing, IMDH, Mokokchung; School of Nursing, District Hospital, Dimapur; ANM School of Nursing, Tuensang; School of Nursing, CISHR, Dimapur; College of Nursing, CISHR, Dimapur; and Health Nursing School, Dhansiripar, Singrijan, Dimapur. 

“Anyone passing out from any other institution other than those mentioned above will not be eligible for government employment,” the Nagaland Nursing Council informed.
